Matcha Martini in Forbes
We’ve been busy in the kitchen refining new seasonal favorites that bring warmth and comfort to the colder months. From cozy new soups and vibrant winter vegetables to festive winter cocktails and our new White Chocolate Pistachio Bar, every dish is crafted to make winter dining feel a little more special. Come enjoy these seasonal additions!
Our Matcha Martini was featured in Forbes’ “7 Tea Martinis That’ll Have You Ditch the Espresso.” Our martini features freshly whisked ceremonial grade matcha, Jin Jiji India dry gin, honey simple, fresh lemon, lavender, and an edible flower come together in a cocktail that’s earthy, citrusy, and just a touch floral.
